We manage forests to support their natural development and long-term health, preferring selective logging to encourage natural regeneration. We lease agricultural land to farmers under conditions that allow for proper land management, supporting non-productive functions of the land for human activity and ecosystem survival.
The company is prepared to negotiate the sale of some of its properties, specifically land in areas where targeted investments are not planned or properties with non-agricultural or non-forest uses. The listed prices are indicative but also minimum. Properties are preferably sold as entire parcels within ownership sheets or all adjoining cadastral areas. Partial sales are possible if the land has a higher than agricultural value.
We prefer investing in larger plots of land, specifically over 30 hectares of agricultural land and over 350 hectares of forest in one area. In areas listed in the Overview of Significant Assets, we are interested in agricultural land regardless of size and forest land adjoining our forest assets. We offer farmers cooperation in purchasing land with subsequent long-term leases. Partnering with us ensures fewer lessors and minimizes issues related to changes in relationships that threaten the continuity of agricultural land management.
